Glass Specifications:

  • Tempered Glass: 1/2" thickness standard for railings (heat-treated for strength and safety)

  • Laminated Glass: Multi-layer construction that holds together if damaged — ideal for high-wind coastal zones or extra security

  • Tinted Options: Gray or bronze glass for solar control on south/west facing balconies

  • Frosted Glass: Privacy screening for lower-level balconies or spa areas

Hardware Systems:

  • Spigot Mounts: Sleek stainless steel clamps securing glass to deck or concrete (minimal visual interruption)

  • Base Shoe Systems: Aluminum or stainless steel channels recessed into flooring (glass appears to emerge from the floor)

Safety & Code Compliance:
