About the Role
Job Purpose
The RAG Installer / Glazier is responsible for the safe, accurate, and neat installation of architectural glass systems and related hardware on site.
Key Responsibilities
· Install frameless and framed shower enclosures, mirrors, office partitions, glass walls, storefront systems, doors, windows, and railings.
· Read and interpret measurements, sketches, site notes, and installation instructions.
· Verify dimensions and site readiness before beginning installation.
· Fit hardware including hinges, clamps, channels, patch fittings, handles, locks, seals, and tracks.
· Ensure installations are plumb, level, aligned, secure, and properly finished.
· Apply sealants and finishing materials neatly.
· Identify and report site discrepancies before proceeding.
· Supervise Helpers or Junior Installers assigned to the job.
· Maintain tools and protect materials and client property.
· Complete site tasks professionally and represent the Company well.

· Strong glass installation knowledge
· Accurate measuring and fitting ability
· Hardware knowledge
· Good problem-solving on site
· Awareness of finish quality
· Good client-facing conduct
Requirements
· Proven experience in glass installation or related trade work
· Competence with hand tools, drills, levels, suction cups, ladders, and site equipment
· Driver’s license is an asset
